Donation Terms and Conditions
By donating to Sri Bhanwar Lal Aseri Charitable Trust (SBLA Trust), you agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Donations:
All contributions are made voluntarily. The Trust does not offer goods or services in return for donations unless explicitly stated.
2. Use of Donations:
Donations are used at the discretion of the Trust for any of its charitable programs (education, health, scholarship, and other services).
3. Tax Exemption:
Where applicable, donors may receive a tax exemption receipt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors must ensure accurate information is provided for the issuance of receipts.
4. No Liability:
SBLA Trust is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from donations made through any channel. Donors are advised to verify details before making a payment.
5. Third-party Processing:
Payments made through third-party gateways are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms.
6. Data Protection:
Donor information is kept secure and confidential and will not be shared except as required for compliance or by law.
