Apply for Admission
You can follow both online/offline procedure for apply admission. Application form avilable at our office, you can take it by depositing form fee 150/- at School campus or you can apply through online procedure. Due to the limited number of seats available, all applicants may not be accommodated. The Admission will be granted on first cum first serve basis. Kindly note that Residence should be within 10 km radius. This school is for Sri Ganganagar residents only.

Eligible Age for Nursery to 1st Standard
- Nursery (3 Year and 3+)
- LKG (4 Year and 4+)
- UKG (5 Year and 5+)
- 1st Standard (6 Year and 6+)
Documents Required at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Caste Certificate (Photocopy)
- Aadhar Card (Photocopy)
- Last Mark Sheet# (Photocopy)
- Transfer Certificate (Original)
- Conduct Certificate (Original)
- Photographs(Passport Size)
Rules and Regulations:
- Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Parents are requested to pay the fees on time else late fees charged.
- If you have a financial constraint kindly meet with the principal with a written letter to obtain permission to pay the fee in installments, which has to be paid on or before the 10th of January every year.
- Fees will be collected in the office on all working days, between 9.30 am to 12.30 pm only.
- Imprest Deposit is to be paid in a single installment along with the 1st installment of the Academic fees.
- Library Charges for the Late Deposit or Lost Book, Late fees on Account of delayed deposit of Tuition Fees, Recovery of any damages, Medical Expenses, If the child destroys school property, the school will Levy Fine and the same will be cut from Imprest Deposit Account.
- At the end of the academic session, the remaining balance (if any) will be carry forwarded to the next academic session. In case of any shortfall during the year, the school may ask for more Imprest Deposit as per the requirement.
